Sepang Mangrove Sunset Kayak Tour Program Itinerary
Duration: 3 hours (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Kayaking Session)
04:00 PM Welcome, Gear Setup & Briefing
Arrival at the launch point. Meet your Mangrove Guide. Safety briefing, distribution of PFD, paddle, and kayak rental assignments. Review of Outdoor Sports Insurance coverage.
04:15 PM Launch & Initial Paddle
Launch the kayaks and begin the journey. Your guide provides initial paddling instruction.
04:30 PM Kayaking & Mangrove Interpretation (Segment 1)
Explore the inner channels. The guide begins Mangrove Interpretation, focusing on the ecosystem, flora, and fauna, especially as the late afternoon light changes.
05:30 PM Midway Break & Picnic
Stop at a scenic location for a relaxing picnic break.
05:50 PM Kayaking & Mangrove Interpretation (Segment 2)
Resume kayaking through the sunset or dusk period. Focus shifts to conservation and the vital protective role of mangroves against climate change.
06:50 PM Return, Landing & Debrief
Arrive back at the main launch point. Disembark, return rental gear, and have a final debrief with your guide.
07:00 PM End of Kayak Activity
The scheduled on-water activity concludes.
07:15 PM (Approx.) Post-Tour Dinner Meal
